- We promote Visible Leadership at the point of contact with the patient through frequent clinical supervision and accompaniment.
- All our staff undergo a Detailed Theory and Clinical Orientation Programme in order to ensure that they are proven clinically competent prior to working at hospital level.
- We have Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programmes in place for each nursing category which also addresses the current generic risks identified in the healthcare setting.
- Free and relevant In Service Training and Workshops are presented for our staff addressing current and pertinent matters to the nursing and health related profession.
- Active Mentorship Programmes and Performance Improvement Programmes (PIP) are directed to staff that are underachieving /under performing through active clinical facilitation and support.
